Biologicals Manager Iberia

Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional strategy for biological solutions.
  • Drive growth through value-based nutrition programs and strong market propositions.
  • Manage and develop the BioTeam, ensuring technical excellence and collaboration with commercial teams.
  • Identify market opportunities, support pricing, and optimize product mix.
  • Align with marketing and sales to execute campaigns and demand-generation activities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and implement counterstrategies.
  • Lead technical training and strengthen value-based sales capabilities.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or Agricultural Engineering, with postgraduate degrees in related areas.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the segment of Foliars and Biostimulants
  • Core Competencies: Marketing & market analysis, customer segmentation, business strategy, sales techniques, conflict resolution, planning, negotiation, communication, customer relations, leadership & people management, interpersonal skills, persuasion, systemic thinking, and product development.
  • Availability to travel 75–80% of the time
  • This position can be located anywhere in Spain.
