We’re looking for a dynamic Agronomy specialist to lead demand generation and drive growth efforts for our solutions across Turkiye. In this role, you’ll blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution—working directly with farmers, distributors, and internal teams to strengthen our market presence and help shape the future of sustainable agriculture.

Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Market Activation

Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation plan for Yara solutions in Turkey, including customer‑level action plans across target crops, products, and timelines.
Implement and track all demand‑generation activities with precision, ensuring high‑quality execution and measurable impact.
Engage distributors, retailers and farmers directly to drive product adoption and market pull.
Conduct post‑sales follow‑ups and present results to strengthen customer loyalty and encourage repurchase.
Visit fields and greenhouses regularly to monitor crop performance, diagnose nutrient deficiencies, and provide expert recommendations.
Set up and manage field demonstration trials to showcase product performance and build market confidence

Market Strategy & Segmentation

Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to segment the market and define priority crop–product combinations.
Execute go‑to‑market strategies and support market‑share growth for Yara Solutions.
Identify key influencers and stakeholders and develop tailored engagement plans.
Analyze the competitive landscape, including products, active ingredients, positioning, value propositions, and SWOT insights

Value Proposition & Product Positioning

Develop and communicate strong local value propositions for Yara solutions.
Support commercial teams, distributors, retailers in differentiating and defending the value of our portfolio.
Contribute to regional product launches, portfolio development, and lifecycle management

Technical Excellence & Knowledge Transfer

Serve as the regional technical reference for Yara solutions, ensuring correct technical and commercial positioning.
Deliver technical training to internal teams, distributors, and retailer networks.
Compile and present technical data to support training sessions and customer conversations with clarity and consistency.

Profile

Degree in Agronomy or Agricultural Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage)
Fluent Turkish (spoken and written) and good command of English
Minimum 5 years of commercial and market development experience
Previous experience with Foliar products, Biostimulants, and Agchem market
Strong understanding of the agricultural sector
Strong commercial acumen combined with solid technical knowledge
Comfortable taking the lead while valuing others’ perspectives
A proactive mindset with a strong focus on execution
Excellent planning and systematic working habits
Strong influencing and relationship‑building skills
Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate different parties
This is a field-heavy role requiring frequent domestic travel across Turkey
Valid driving license

Additional Information

This is a temporary position with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role
