Responsibilities
- Be a regional technical reference for Biostimulants and Foliar products, clarifying doubts and helping with the implementation of value propositions, ensuring correct technical/commercial positioning for focal crops in the area of responsibility.
- Create and execute a Biostimulant and Foliar product demand generation plan for the region of responsibility.
- Implement and follow up on the demand generation plan with precision, quality, and quantity.
- Develop, implement, and communicate the local value proposition and product positioning for Biostimulants and Foliar products.
- Support the commercial team in differentiating and defending the value proposition of Biostimulant and Foliar products.
- Execute demand generation actions not only at the distribution level but also at the end-user level.
- Support the commercial team and BDM in setting prices for Biostimulant and Foliar products, based on benefits and market potential.
- Together with the commercial team, identify the key players in the Foliar and Biostimulant business and establish an action plan for each of them.
- Collaborate with local and regional teams.
Profile
- Market development experience, around 3 years.
- Previous experience in Foliar, Biostimulants, or Agchem.
- Good understanding of the role and benefits of biostimulants and their market dynamics.
- Fluency in Greek and English (mandatory).
- Availability to travel regularly, mainly within the area of responsibility and occasionally abroad.
- Proactive and initiative-taking.
- Communication and commercial skills.
- Strategic thinking and business-oriented.
- Representative of Yara’s values: collaboration, responsibility, ambition, and curiosity.
- Valid driver’s license.
Additional Information

We are looking for a colleague to join the team in the long term. The continuity will be based on performance; everything will be explained during the interview process.

The work area will be the whole Greece.

This position reports to the Biologicals Specialist Manager.

90% of the time is expected to be dedicated to field visits.

Availability to travel within the country and occasionally abroad.
