  • Build and maintain relationship with customer
  • Coordinate with sales representative and sales-agronomist to conduct the activities
  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Responsible, analyse and follow up the performance and development of the team.
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Conducts one-on-one review with all sales representative to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales representative’s sales and activity performance.
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by sales representative.
  • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.


  • Agriculture graduate or agriculture related
  • 10 or more years’ experience working for an agricultural related industry at farmer level following your graduation
  • Experience working part of a team and coordinating sales representative and sales agronomist.
  • Implementing rules and strategies to reach targets set by the management
  • Good in English
  • Proficient computer skills (word, excel, power point)
  • Valid driving license
