GTM Senior Specialist

The region employs over 1800 employees and has a long history in the Asian Pacific and African markets, focusing on develop crop nutrition concepts that increase food production and create value to the growers, in particular smallholder farmers, whilst minimizing environmental impact of agricultural activities.

YAA is currently undergoing a major transformation, aimed at shifting the existing business models, generating new revenue streams and ultimately delivering profit through new Farming Solutions related activities.

Responsibilities

  • Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goal, and all other aspects of service.
  • Take ownership of Go-To-Market strategy for products, including testimonial and learn potential new business models to support Yara’s business objectives.
  • Design and develop product Go-To-Market strategy, plan timeline, launch scenarios, distribution, pricing and promotion along with Marketing Manager. Plan has to be execuable and practical according to business model and customer journey across channels.
  • Design a product launch strategy and lead the execution through customer journey, thereby creating awareness of a specific product.
  • Develop channel strategy to grow share of wallet and company profit in sustainable approach.
  • Analyse market demand dynamic including competitor execution to come up with key learning and insight to incorporate in Yara GTM prospect.
  • Identify and execute user pathways to the products and services across Thailand combining online/offline and in-person channels as needed.
  • Developing and implement the plan of distribution channels including customer engagement development across distributor and retailer.
  • Improvement channel partner satisfaction, retention and advocacy to deliver Net Promoted Score target (NPS).
  • Report analytic to proactively share the learning to commercial organization in order to develop collective intelligence for GTM and execution prospect.
  • Manage budget(s) and external/internal resources.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth launch operations through customer journey and being a good partner with agronomist and sales team. 

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in related field. Long relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education
  • Minimum 2-4 years working experiences in Agriculture industry, Agri Tech sales, or similar industry.
  • Go-To-Market experience including hands on product marketing in Thailand.
  • Likely experience in marketing, online-strategy, CRM, and business development.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Awareness of Agriculture industry trends, technology, and developments.
  • Excellent Communication & Co-ordination Skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Analytical skills with report creation and analysis.
  • Presentation skills both presentation creation and presentation skill.
  • Curious, passionate, roll up the sleeve attitude.
  • Creative, problem-solving, and result driving mindset.

  • Fluent in English & Thai 
  • Available to travel to meet rural farmers and partners in emerging markets as required.
