Responsibilities

• Plan and follow preventive maintenance schedule to make the machine and equipment reliable
• Handle day to day equipment preparation and maintenance tasks
• Perform break down maintenance in a timely manner to ensure no effect on production plan
• Improve Total Preventive Maintenance System and 5S for the plant
• Improve and manage documents in Maintenance Section
• Responsibility on Spare part inventory and cost control
• Handle the REQ process for plant
• Process monthly maintenance KPI report, analyze and take action to achieve KPIs target
• Able to work over time on working days and holidays
• Ensure all equipment, process and people work safely by systematically monitoring, testing and fixing immediately when found unsafe condition
• Record and report all incidents in the plant as well as find new ways of working if possible
• Be fully trained for HESQ related tasks

Profile

• Min 5 year experience in maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment, preferably in the industry in which the technician will be working
• Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical principles, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic and testing equipment
• Understanding of preventative maintenance procedures and the ability to perform regular maintenance tasks to keep equipment and systems in good working order
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• The ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to meet deadlines
• The ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects
