Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement multi-system integration frameworks using Boomi AtomSphere, Boomi Flow, API Management

Establish and enforce canonical data models, reusable components, and standardized integration patterns (event-driven, synchronous, and asynchronous).

Define governance policies for process naming conventions, folder hierarchies, deployment strategies, and exception handling frameworks.

Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to align integration architecture with enterprise application roadmaps and data strategy.

Implement and manage Boomi environments, including Atoms, Molecules, and Atom Clouds.

Profile

Required Technical Competencies

10+ years experience working in Integration domain
Boomi Atom Sphere: Expert-level understanding of Process Building, Deployment, Execution, and Advanced Shapes.

Experience in implementing AI features using Boomi platform is a plus

API & Web Services: REST/SOAP API design, consumption, and management.

Data Integration: XML, JSON, CSV, EDI, X12, Flat Files, JDBC, and custom scripting (Groovy/JavaScript).

Integration Patterns: Publish/Subscribe, Message Queuing, Orchestration, Canonical Data Models, Event-Driven Architecture.

Database & Messaging: Familiarity with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS.

Security: OAuth 2.0, SSL, API Gateway configurations, data encryption, and secure tokenization

Optimize Boomi process execution for throughput, latency, and memory footprint using Atom Queues, Process Routing, and Document Caching.

Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents and drive long-term remediation through design and process improvements.

What you will bring

Lead a distributed team of Boomi developers, assigning workloads, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Develop advanced Boomi processes including complex orchestration, parallel processing, batch handling, data enrichment, and real-time event propagation.

Oversee API lifecycle management (design, deployment, versioning, and monitoring) via Boomi API Management.

Integrate Boomi with major SaaS and on-premise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, Azure AD).

Define CI/CD pipelines for Boomi deployments leveraging Git

Establish integration monitoring frameworks, leveraging Boomi AtomSphere dashboards, API Management analytics
Develop error recovery and retry mechanisms, implementing centralized logging and alerting.
