Responsibilities

Yara aims to be the crop nutrition company for the future and is leading the development of sustainable agriculture and digital tools to contribute to solving global agricultural challenges. We have a worldwide presence with sales teams in ~150 countries and around 17,000 employees. Yara Farming Solutions, will lead the transformation towards more sustainable and efficient food production, by innovating our offerings and the way we work. Crop and Digital Solutions is responsible developing and scaling new “on-farm” digital and integrated tools and solutions for an efficient and transparent food system

Profile

  • Work within product teams alongside product owner, a cross functioning team to create engaging, user-centric solutions, applications and/or services that solve the needs of the smallholder farming communities around the world (farmers, offtakers, retailers, dealers, markets, and all other stakeholders within a farming community). 
  • Lead a Scrum-of-Scrums vertical within Digital Retailer Connectivity to ensure all the Scrum teams are able to work and communicate effectively with one another.
  • Lead adoption of agile values and principles -  support agile framework including sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, demos, retrospectives), road-mapping and release planning, backlog management (definition, grooming, prioritization), sizing and story estimation for the team.
  • Assessing the Scrum maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, in a continuous and sustainable manner. 
  • Providing support to the team with a servant leadership style and leading by example.

Required Profile

  • Prior working experience as a Scrum Master in a Scrum or Scrum-of-Scrums (preferred) Agile Team. 
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  • Experience in running/organising workshops and training sessions will be a plus. 
  • Agile certifications in CSM, CSP, PSM, PPO or PMI-ACP.
