Yara Africa & Asia (YAA) produces, sells, distributes and markets fertilizers and industrial products across Asia Pacific and Africa regions, with offices location and operational units in 20 countries. The region employs over 1800 employees and has a long history in the Asian Pacific and African markets, focusing on develop crop nutrition concepts that increase food production and create value to the growers, in particular smallholder farmers, whilst minimizing environmental impact of agricultural activities.

YAA is currently undergoing a major transformation, aimed at shifting the existing business models, generating new revenue streams and ultimately delivering profit through new Farming Solutions related activities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for financial reporting for global and statutory reporting and manage the GAAP differences
• Work with consultants to ensure tax and secretarial compliances are complete
• Assist implementation of ICFR
• Prepare management reports including monthly MIS, variance analysis etc.
• Support finance operations and process automations.
• Manage transfer pricing governance for intercompany arrangements.

Profile

• CA and articleship completion is mandatory
• Should be good at stakeholder management
• Should have worked in an MNC for India finance team with monthly book close process
• Knowledge in transfer pricing
• SAP exposure is an added advantage
• Exposure in similar industry is preferable
• Looking for someone with 2 years of experience.
