The newly established function, Yara Farming Solutions, will lead the transformation towards more sustainable and efficient food production, by innovating our offering and the way we work.


Crop and Digital Solutions is responsible developing and scaling new “on-farm” digital and integrated tools and solutions, which will work toward driving a more efficient and transparent food system.

What you will be doing


The Customer Success team are responsible for ensuring our customers are able to leverage value from their subscription. Working with our customer at all stages of the customer journey to achieve positive outcomes. The customer success team also take responsibility for enabling our partners with renewals and other activities as needed throughout the customer journey.


  • Help ensure our customers have a successful start when onboarding. Including issues with initial device setup, delivery.
  • Create engagement plans for your portfolio of customers, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Understand multiple products and have expert level knowledge to solve customers’ problems and questions.
  • Host Webinars for our customers and perspective customers.
  • Obtaining customers testimonials and reviews.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to help show the value of our product offering.
  • Act as a central point of contact for the customer to ensure a positive experience and timely resolution.
  • Ensure on time and successful renewal of customer contracts.

What you will bring


  • Understanding and experience of agriculture, farming, and precision agriculture.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English and German language skills. Any other European language is a plus.
  • Experience in Customer Success or related discipline.
  • Proven track record of high achievement against SLA goals and metrics.
  • Ability to solve complex customer problems and act as a single point of contact for the customer.
  • Experience with Zuora and Zendesk or similar systems.
  • Relevant University degree.
