Digital Content Growth Specialist

Over the past decade, the agriculture industry has witnessed a dramatic surge in investment towards the digitization of farming by large incumbents, tech multinationals and innovative start-ups across the world. This development has caused the proliferation of data-based services aimed at improving farmers productivity and agricultural efficiency at large. However, to this date no company has achieved the sufficient depth and breadth of information required to offer transformative, field-specific services, and many challenges prohibit farm and field data sharing at scale.


We are looking for a Digital Content Growth Specialist whose content tells a story, not just sells a product. This role will be responsible for delivering impactful content that is creative, well-researched, and on-brand for our target users around the world. You will be part of an exciting journey of our innovation hub’s vision to become a global thought leader in digital farming.


In this role you will actively engage with various markets, users, and subject matter experts and be responsible for content activities that unify both the user and product story for all demand generation campaigns. You will work with the Content Marketing Manager, absorbing the project’s needs, creating concepts, and evolving the content and experiences in an engaging way.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Understand Thy User - Find the story of the target user, develop target user journeys, and create user-focused content concepts/campaigns 
  • Create Irresistible Content - Develop concepts and content that unify both the user and product story to create innovative content that converts
  • Research Focused – Demonstrate a user research mindset with a keen interest in discovering target user behavior and the underlying motivations behind that behavior
  • Be A Storyteller – Responsible for finding and telling a myriad of user and product stories and create content that tells that story
  • Drive Content Projects - Champion original ideas and creative concepts that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex campaigns. Consistently improve concepts based on performance data
  • Holistic Overview - Take ownership, responsibility and expresses curiosity in thinking, problem solving, and content performance


  • Several years of experience in creating content like landing pages, case studies, eBooks, videos, conversion focused web-copy, and other marketing communication
  • Strong affinity towards user research and storytelling
  • Systems thinking as a mindset
  • Experience in following SEO guidelines and producing keyword-rich content that ranks on search
  • Proven track record of excellent writing with a focus on conversion
  • Experience working with toolstack in the area of SEO (Keyword Planners, SEO statistics, etc.), Reporting (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and Productivity (Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
