Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Manager

This development has caused the proliferation of data-based services aimed at improving farmers productivity and agricultural efficiency at large. However, to this date no company has achieved the sufficient depth and breadth of information required to offer transformative, field-specific services, and many challenges prohibit farm and field data sharing at scale.

 

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Manager with experience in planning, building and execution of online marketing campaigns across various channels incl. Facebook Advertising, Google Display, Search Engine Marketing and Optimization. This role will be responsible for driving ad campaigns throughout Yara Digital Faming’s start-up ecosystem, ensuring efficiency and sensitivity of user acquisition and activation.

In this role you will:

  • Become part of a multidisciplinary and international team, supporting our marketing activities with major focus on the area of Performance Marketing
  • Learn about agriculture and farmers, their current issues and how technology and digital tools help them solve problems
  • Build effective marketing campaigns across various marketing channels
  • Experiment with different acquisition strategies and work with other marketing specialists on driving growth through innovation
  • Optimize online marketing campaigns and drive changes based on data insights using our extensive analytics architecture
  • Support other specialists with your extensive knowledge of online marketing practices
Profile
  • Strong experience in building, optimizing and managing online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter, etc.)
  • Strong affinity towards data and experimentation
  • An ability to crunch numbers, find insights and deliver tactical directions based on them.
  • Omni-channel experience with knowledge about multiple online marketing disciplines reaching beyond paid advertising
  • Experience in developing data driven digital marketing strategies based on digital acquisition technologies, segmentation and consumer insights with measurable in market success
  • Experience working with tool stack in the area of: SEM (SEMRush, Keyword Research, etc.), Reporting (Tableau, Power BI, etc.), Productivity (Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.) and Advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, DoubleClick, etc.)
