Junior Marketing & Motion Designer (f/m/d)

Yara has an ambitious strategic agenda to be the crop nutrition company for the future and is taking lead in the development towards sustainable agriculture and digital tools, to contribute to solving the challenges which the agricultural industry is facing globally. We have a worldwide presence with sales to ~150 countries and around 17 000 employees. The newly established function, Yara Farming Solutions, will lead the transformation towards more sustainable and efficient food production, by innovating our offering and the way we work.

Digital Ag Solutions is responsible developing and scaling new “on-farm” digital and integrated tools and solutions, which will work toward driving a more efficient and transparent food system.

As a Junior Marketing Designer, you will proactively develop creative concepts and simple animations/videos from ideation to execution for multiple channels to delight and engage the audience. In addition, you will be closely collaborating with the content growth team, user engagement team, product designers, local markets, and other stakeholders in the growth and performance teams.

Responsibilities

You Can/Will:

  • Conceptualize original ideas to create visual assets such as ads for web and mobile campaigns, videos, simple animations and illustrations, print media for offline events/demos, user engagement campaigns, and more
  • Bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex campaigns: you work with a copy partner to deliver captivating visual assets that meet the brief and can scale these across multiple platforms and markets
  • Create and deliver motion graphics, simple animations, and quick videos for various channels
  • Create design plans, storyboards, and concept layout for projects to improve brand communication
  • Participate in brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.
  • Be customer focused - generate innovative ideas in close collaboration with stakeholders to produce designs that truly perform
  • Assess, research, and optimize the performance of assets for online campaigns with data and generate ideas for boosting engagement
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Be a great communicator, show high quality standards, receive and interpret feedback, and meet tight deadlines

Profile

You Have:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in the digital world
  • Designer with a focus on high level of layout accuracy and an eye for detail 
  • Systems thinking as a mindset and are a solution-oriented person
  • An understanding of creative thinking, design experimentation, and customer experience
  • Proven experience in mock-up and prototyping tools, such as Figma
  • Experience in editing webinars, product demos, and other videos to create scalable micro/how-to videos
  • A design portfolio that displays a spectrum of creative design solutions and the approach how to get to the solution
  • Preferably experience in UX Design such as creating Concepts, User Journeys, Wireframes, Personas etc.
