BI Analyst

Currently, we have a vacancy for the position of BI Analyst. We need a person with an experienced and highly motivated profile, whose main purpose is to develop and maintain BI reports following global guidelines in terms of architecture and tools, working with methodologies that allow the deployment of a reporting solution at the regional level.
Responsibilities
- Design, development and maintenance of ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) workflows.
- Construct reports in PowerBI with data from different sources (SAPHANA, Salesforce, Sharepoint, Excel).
- Design and build BI dashboards that measure and influence business performance allowing for improvement
- Provide first level support to BI Super Users, troubleshooting and resolving reporting issues.
- Writing and optimizing SQL queries .
- Communicate with differente areas of the organization to meet internal customer requirements.
- Create and deliver appropriate documentation, training and communication around features related to the reports produced.
- Perform data wrangling, data modeling data visualization and data analysis.
- Contribute to projects on which the use of internal automation tools such as Python & SQL, could be implemented; by identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation

Profile
Education
- Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Desirable: Postgraduate/Specialization degree
Work Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience
- desirable knowledge in SAP, Advanced Excel, VBA, Power BI, Alteryx, database queries, SQL, machine learning and data modeling.
Knowledge and Skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish, at least B2
- Functional knowledge: BI knowledge, Analytical skills, Comunication skills.
SAP ERP knowledge desirable.
Strong SQL scripting experience.
Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, R or QLikview among others. - Leadership
