We currently have a vacancy for the Personal Assistant position, we require a person who is experienced and highly motivated and is proactive and resourceful. The main objective is to advise and provide support to the heads of HESQ, Commercial Excellence and and Strategy in the Americas region. The position is based in Bogotá - Colombia.
 

Responsibilities

 

•    Provide services and/or support required on a day-to-day basis for the VPs.
•    Coordinate travel scheduling and logistics required.
•    Manage expense claims
•    Support scheduling and participation in events.
•    Support Executive Assistant of EVP Americas as needed
•    Monitor budget and control expenses of the cost center of the area.
•    Coordinate procedures in government and private entities.
 

Profile

 

Education:


Professional in administrative areas. Fluent in English, and language skills in Spanish, and Portuguese an advantage.

 

Experience:


Minimum 5-year experience assisting top level executives at multinational companies.


Knowledge and Skills:


•    Proper judgment handling confidentiality that the role of this position requires.
•    Intermediate knowledge of financial and administration concepts.
•    Good management of computer tools: Office focus on PPT and Excel, Outlook.
•    Knowledge of travel expense systems.
•    Knowledge of procedures and paperwork with official government entities.
