A full-time opportunity exists for an experienced Operator at our bulk liquid fertiliser facility in Boundary Bend, Victoria.
Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, the successful candidate will operate blending/mixing vessels, conduct raw material receipts from suppliers, efficiently load and dispatch our bulk and packaged fertiliser, and carry out housekeeping and front-line maintenance.
The candidate will require good mechanical aptitude and a current forklift license. 
We are seeking a candidate who is self-motivated, takes responsibility, is adaptable to change, and is focused on delivering the needs of our customers. 
The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•    Unloading trucks containing material classified as Security Sensitive and Explosive.
•    Conducts the filling of tankers including the dispatch paperwork, ensuring correct product and quantity are loaded.
•    Loading product into the mixer/hopper using a forklift truck.
•    Operating the batch controller.
•    Carrying out Quality Control checks
•    Housekeeping and maintenance of the production equipment and facilities.


•    Current High Risk License (LF)
•    Confined Space License (preferred)
•    Willing and able to obtain a Security Clearance/ Security Sensitive Explosives Licence
•    First Aid Certificate (preferred) 
•    Previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment is preferred
•    Self-starter, proactive, strong work ethic
•    Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
•    Excellent organisational and communication skills
•    Attention to detail, high level of commitment
•    Fluent English is essential
