Facility & Fleet Manager

We at Yara are part of a global network, collaborating to profitably and responsibly solve some of the world's key challenges - resource scarcity, food insecurity and environmental change.

About the Role

Reporting to the HR Manager Belgium and leading the Facility & Fleet Department, you are responsible for running and continuously improving Yara Brussels' facility, fleet, workplace and mobility services. This is a role for a hands-on leader who challenges existing ways of working and builds strong partnerships across the organization.

What you'll do

•    Lead and develop the Facility & Fleet Department, with clear priorities, processes and documentation.
•    Ensure the smooth daily operation of the Brussels office, including cleaning, reception, maintenance and workplace services.
•    Oversee company car and mobility processes, in line with company policy and legislation.
•    Manage key suppliers and contracts, monitor service levels and lead negotiations.
•    Drive simplification, standardization and automation, and introduce KPIs and service level tracking.
•    Partner with HR Services, Compensation & Benefits, Travel & Events and business leaders, and handle escalations.

What you bring

•    Several years of experience in Facility Management, Workplace Services, Fleet Management or a related field.
•    Proven leadership experience and the ability to set clear expectations, both for your team and for external suppliers.
•    Experience managing suppliers and driving operational change; contract negotiation experience is a plus.
•    Strong stakeholder management, organizational and analytical skills.
•    A pragmatic, service-minded and autonomous profile – comfortable working both strategically and hands-on, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
