About the Unit

The Governance, Systems and Excellence function is responsible for governance and excellence, systems and decision support, procurement academy and data privacy across procurement, and is part of the CFO function in Strategy & Communications reporting to the CFO Strategy, Procurement & Communications.

We are currently looking to recruit a Learning & Development Specialist reporting to Director, Procurement Governance, Systems & Excellence to strengthen the team.

Responsibilities

Learning and development specialist is responsible for implementing and further improving the Procurement competencies development strategy. The role is key in supporting and enabling the ongoing procurement transformation process towards a World-class Procurement organization.
Design and implement the Procurement learning hub in accordance with Yara’s Learning and Development strategy
Develop and roll out training for the key procurement processes and tools in cooperation with internal and external experts
Ensure cost effective delivery of Procurement training plans
Define and promote opportunities for knowledge exchange within the Yara procurement community and across functions (legal, finance, engineering, and HR)
Proactively identify improvement opportunities on the Yara learning portfolio
Enable procurement learning communities across regions and units
Participation in designing and organizing Procurement events, e.g. Procurement summit, Procurement townhall
Support Governance, Decision, Systems and Data Privacy area to identify improvement potential on an as needed basis

Profile

Bachelor or Masters degree Professional qualification in Learning & Development will be an added advantage
Min. 2-5 years of professional experience in Learning and development role
Experience in SAP and using e-sourcing tools a plus
Experience of supporting and facilitating learning and knowledge management activities and projects
Experience working with LMS ( Learning Management Systems
Motivated to deliver exceptional results and exceed business targets
Excellent knowledge of MS office and preferably SAP MM knowledge
Fluency in English
Excellent communication and change management skills
Experience in developing and running training programs
Ability to work independently
Ambitious – Eager to take new challenges and proactively look and develop improvement opportunities
International work and/or study experience a plus
