Fulfillment Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Execution of transportation planning and execution (outbound transportation to customers). This includes validating order scheduling, ensuring coordination and execution of third-party transportation to deliver orders on time. 
  • Provide data to generate delivery forecasts for weekly scheduling, in support of the fulfilment (S&OP) role. 
  • Responsible for coordinating with customers the execution of sales orders. 
  • Responsible for ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met by all transportation supporting Yara’s deliveries. 
  • Coordinate daily transportation requirements to meet sales according to commercial terms. 
  • Responsible for performing freight settlements for transportation company expenses.
  • Coordinate with site operations to optimize the delivery schedule and ensure dispatch and deliveries on time. 
  • Measure delivery scheduling against actual deliveries, ensuring process improvements to achieve on-time delivery. 
  • Monitor and measure dispatch and transportation KPIs (on-time deliveries, dispatch turnaround times).
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of SLAs between Commercial and Supply Chain. 
    Lead and report monthly transportation remissions to the Ministry of Transport. 
  • Support inventory tasks when required and according to planning. Conduct follow-up visits to product storage warehouses. 
    Carry out investigations of PQR cases related to dispatch operations. 
  • Lead activities necessary for the correct operation between intercompany orders and their respective SAP systems. 
    Know and comply with the Policy, Safety Principles, guidelines, and HESQ standards established by the company, based on the Safe by Choice philosophy, as well as applicable legal requirements and other requirements defined in the HESQ Responsibilities Matrix associated with their position/role.

Profile

Technician degree, preferably Industrial Engineer or Business Administrator o Technologist in related careers.
Preferably bachelor degree in Engineering or Administrative careers.
