The IT Business Partner (ITBP) has the overall responsibility to serve as the strategic interface with assigned business process area for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management. He must understand the business processes and the relevance they have for the business.   This position is the BP for the Finance Business.


 Act as the direct link between the business area and IT, regarding new initiatives to implement.
* Have one to one meetings with key stakeholders of the business processes.
* Have visibility of countries operations for the business process.
* Keep inform the key stakeholders of the business process about IT projects or changes.
* To inform proactively the Regional IT Management LATAM the needs and tendencies according to the business area.
* The ITBP is responsible to have visibility and contact with global IT Organization to evaluate and bring ideas that contribute to the development of the business process.
* To inform the IT Project Office the initiatives to be classified within the RADAR meeting.
* Act as an advisory for the business process.
* Have complete overview of all IT requirements that could affect the business process operations and flawless execution.
* To elaborate and maintain the project roadmpa of all initiatives,features and technolgy capabilities that will be implemented for the specific business function
* To validate and align the initiatives roadmap and future architecture with the Global Enterprise Architecture team
* To provide IT Architecture advisory for Functional requirements, technical designs or applications definitions when it is required according to business roadmap.
* Provide effective communication and update for all projects and initiatives under his responsability.
* Use the corporate tools to register the progress and follow up (Financial and schedule) of the initiatives and projects under his responsability.


* Engineer: Computational Sciences, Electronic, Telecommunications, Industrial or related Administrative áreas. 
* Relevant: Specialist in telecommunications, telematics or Information Systems, Project Management. 

4 - 7 Years. Experience in IT service areas and some levels of technical training, Important structured knowledge in ITIL, COBIT, CMMI, RUP, PMI, 6σ (SixSigma) practices.
Full Experience: SAP MM/FI/SD/R3
Basic Experience: SAP S4 Hana

Knowledge and Skills:
SAP Academy FI/CO
Basic Kowledge: SAP ABAP / BASIS.  Software: Azure Cloud / AWS, Ticketing Tools (SM9 - Service Now), Development Tools.
Fluent written and spoken English. 

Assertive communication, good interpersonal relationships, Analitic Capacity
