Yara Indonesia is seeking a hard-working, dynamic, and motivated professional individual to lead and drive its public policy, stakeholder engagement, and external communications strategic initiatives in Indonesia as its Agronomist, based in East Java.

This successful candidate will be part of the Yara Indonesia - Commercial & Sales team. The person will report to the Area Manager, who is based in East Java.

Responsibilities

The Junior Sales Agronomist role will be responsible to:

Organize demand creation activities to promote Yara Crop Nutrition Program
Responsible in the implementation of sales and marketing program
Provide proactive assistance to customers in implementing effective crop nutritional programs for the key segments, while engaging local Dealers and Retailers to participate in our program.
Ensure alignment with team to create a better understanding of the market creation
Reach sales targets.
Assist in the development of marketing content and materials.
Able to communicate clearly a value proposition to a customer.
Provide regular updates on market situation, including competitive landscape, commodity price, crop season and so on.
Ensure all activities being carried out are aligned with Yara Crop Nutrition Strategy, with a high level of brand consistency.
Uphold the Yara Values, Yara Code of Conduct, Yara HESQ requirements and align oneself with Yara’s Vision and Mission.

Profile

An ideal applicant will have:

A bachelor's degree in agro science
Experienced in the same position will be an advantage (fresh graduate are welcomed)
Having driving licence type A (SIM A)
Tact, personal and professional ethics
A team player
The ability to engage internal Yara and external stakeholders at all levels
Fluency in English will be an advantage, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Pragmatic, resourceful, and flexible approach to work
