Responsibilities
Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on HR related matters, including employee relations, labor law compliance, organizational development, and people management through coaching and advisory support.
- Partner with line managers to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, structures, processes, and behaviors aligned with business objectives.
- Support alignment between business goals and employee performance objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including employer branding initiatives.
- Support and participate in HR projects and cross functional initiatives.
- Manage internal communication related to organizational updates, announcements, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Advise and support change management initiatives and act as a change agent within the organization.
General Human Resources
- Implement and drive Yara HR processes and tools, including performance management, talent development, succession planning, workforce planning, and annual salary review processes.
- Ensure compensation and benefits practices are aligned with Yara standards and local market competitiveness.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of HR operational services, including payroll, benefits administration, and business travel policy administration.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters in compliance with local labor laws and Yara standards for social dialogue.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant with local regulations and company standards.
Leadership
- Partner closely with managers and employees to strengthen working relationships, enhance employee engagement, and improve retention.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to build organizational capability and support succession planning.
- Monitor and follow up on employee engagement surveys and Yara Voice results, implementing action plans to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop direct reports to achieve high performance and professional growth.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture through coaching and mentoring.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably within a multinational and complex business environment.
- Strong experience in managing a broad range of HR functions and processes.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven leadership capability with the ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
- Valid driving license.
