Senior Maintenance Coordinator responsible for the governance of the maintenance system at Yara Industrial Solutions units in Cubatão/SP. Responsible for implementing best practices in preventive and predictive maintenance in accordance with Yara standards and regulations in order to ensure appropriate availability at the lowest cost. Management of a team of specialist engineers and predictive technicians.

Descrição da posição | Responsabilidades

Provide a psychologically safe environment for your team in the workplace, aligned with Yara's values and code of conduct;
Ensure that the team acts in accordance with Yara's occupational safety standards and regulations;
Identify opportunities for improvement and create business cases aiming to maximize benefits in alignment with strategic objectives;
Manage preventive and predictive plans, as well as interface with routine teams (production and maintenance) to ensure proper availability at the lowest cost;
Align the maintenance procedures of the Cubatão units with best practices through the interface with Yara Global's central teams and market benchmarks;
Issue specialized engineering procedures and action plans, train routine teams, audit and report deviations;
Assist in failur analysis and manage action plans to prevent recurrence;
Contribute to the implementation of new projects, construction and execution of turnaround plan;
Contribute to the process of managing operational and business risks;
Act in synergy with other sectors to solve complex problems.

Perfil | Formação e conhecimentos

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering barchelor's degree with specialization in maintenance engineering;
experience in maintenance management of large industrial plants;
English (fluency is mandatory - the interview will be conducted in english);
Equipment lifecycle management / P-F Curve (concept and application);
Vibration analysis - theory (basic) and management system;
SAP PM and MM (advanced);
Soft Expert Excellence Suite (basic);
PI Process Book software (basic);
Preventive and predictive plans (concept and application);
Turnaround management;
Asset maintenance and inspection;
Turbomachinery (basic);
Cost control and budgeting;
Workload balancing;
NRs 8, 10 + SEP, 11, 12 and 20;
Electrical substation, circuit brakers, seletivity, power factor, energy quality KPIs;
Classified areas;
Instrumentation and automation (networks and protocols, control loop, gas analyzers, ISO quality requirements);
Critical analysis and reports;
Business Case / Cost-benefit analysis;
Maintenance KPIs;
SWOT analysis / strategic planning;
Risk management;

Fault and functional failure (RCM);
