Junior Digital Farmer Experience Specialist (m/f/d)

About the Unit
The Junior Digital Farmer Experience Specialist is responsible for the follow-up and management of farmer experiences from digital agronomic Yara offerings (mainly YaraPlus) to ensure optimized interaction between Yara and farmers. Based on close persona; contact to key farmers the Junior Digital Farmer Experience Specialist ensures that touchpoints across the farmer journey is engaging, efficient, and effective. This position focusses on implementing strategies which improve the farmer experience of the digital agronomic tools. In addition the position contributes to the development of these tools. This role should ensure that the offering is exceeding farmers expectations, is compliant with local regulations, reflects the local Yara strategy, and that the value proposition is in place.
Responsibilities
- Execute strategies to implement and expand Yara’s digital agronomic tools in Germany and the Benelux region
- Work with the Product Manager to define and roll out initiatives that grow the user base of agronomic tools

Map the farmer journey to understand needs, identify listening points, and find opportunities for proactive engagement

Design and model user use cases to support interface design and continuous improvement of the farmer experience

Conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analyze farmer feedback to enable more personalized marketing and programs

Collect and interpret farmer interaction data to identify requirements for improving experience and loyalty

Continuously refine processes used by marketing and agronomy to track and manage all farmer interactions

Ensure consolidated farmer profiles by managing CRM data and using CRM and related tools to enhance customer loyalty

Track farmer experiences across online/offline channels, devices, and touchpoints

Support and train colleagues to help them deliver an outstanding farmer experience

Monitor the agronomic landscape and work with internal research to identify and initiate relevant new features
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science or a related field
- Practical farm experience and hands‑on exposure to farmer‑facing agronomic tools during or alongside your studies
- Experience gathering and interpreting customer experience insights at farm level
- A solid practical understanding of farmers’ day‑to‑day operations, especially in relation to agronomic tools
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong customer‑centered mindset
- High levels of self‑motivation and proactivity
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to motivate and work effectively with cross‑functional teams
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and creative problem‑solving skills
- Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
