We currently have a vacancy for the Business Executive Assistant position, we require a person with leadership skills, experienced and highly motivated. Its main objective is to advise and support the Senior Vice President (SVP) in the Latinoamérica´s region. The position is based in Guadalajara - México.
Responsibilities
- Guarantee the achievement of services and/or support required on a day-to-day basis to facilitate SVP management.
- Involve inside core business.
- Active participations in management meetings.
- Propose options that could contribute to the correct communication and resolution of situations that are assigned options inside and outside the Organization.
- Plan and coordinate work schedule.
- Coordinate travel scheduling and logistics required.
- Monitor budget and control expenses of the cost center of the area.
- Support scheduling and participation in events.
- Coordinate procedures in government and private entities.
Profile
Professional in administrative careers: Business Administration, International Business, Finance, Communications, Industrial relations.
Fluent English, 80% and up.
Minimum 5-year experience assisting top level executives at multinational companies.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proper judgment handling confidentiality that the role of this position requires.
- Intermediate knowledge of financial and administration concepts.
- Good management of technologies tools: As Office focus (PPT, Excel, Word,Outlook) and AI tools (Chatgpt, travel platforms) even Dashboards.
- Open to learn about the business and show interested to improve the knowledge.Knowledge of travel expense systems.
- Knowledge of procedures and paperwork with official government entities. Support in others personal issues as needed.
