Responsibilities

- Support the execution of imports/export, thus execution of all processes and procedures necessary to support and meet import and commitments, on time.
- Ensure the permissions, licenses and all the prerequisites needed to import/export are in place.
- Responsible for Import raw materials, goods, equipment and spare parts according to either procurement and / or sourcing requirements, duly informed by planning and / or other parts of the company.
- Follow guidelines related with ethics, compliance, security, safety and the environment in the execution of such import processes.
- Achieve high level standards in the way of working, applying regulation, security procedures and Yara steering system.
- Support with requesting the registrations, permits, licenses and all the prerequisites needed to import.
- Ensure accomplishing and monitoring the standardized KPIs.
- Use the defined communication channels with Stakeholders involved in the process, keeping them duly informed about services, deliveries and/or entries, etc.
- Verify impact in Foreign Trade operations due to changes in regulations.
- Control the Private Deposit / warehouses.
- Ensure the access and use of institutional web pages.
- Follow the stablished procedure to inform financial and controlling department about foreign trade orders to pay and orders to collect.
- Set Service Orders in ERP system according to the negotiated rates and payment terms.
- Find the best dispatching alternative taking into account all the variables involved.
- Prepare selling/delivering paperwork according to receiver’s needs and applicable laws.
- Revise paperwork for entries.
- Support complaints from customers and tracking of action plans to solve cases. Adopt and participate in the improvements of customer service procedures.

Profile

Bachelor degree in industrial or production engineering, international business, finance or another relevant field; preferably with other post-graduation course in foreign trade

3 years of relevant foreign trade.

Fluent written and spoken English.
