- Responsible for end to end process of transportation planning and execution (outbound transportation to customers). This includes validating order programming, ensuring coordination and execution of transportation providers for delivering orders on time.


- Responsible for providing support to produce delivery forecasts for weekly programming, current month and current month + 1 delivery expectations, in support of the Sales and Operations planning role.


- Responsible for ensure the coordination with customers the execution of the sales orders.


- Focal point for ensuring that the delivery forecast is executed on time, via daily coordination of transportation to meet orders.


- Monitor and measure dispatch and transportation KPI’s (on time deliveries, dispatch turnaround times).


- Support S&OP in updating sales delivery programming tool. Work with Site operations to optimize this process – Communications.


- Guarantee daily transportation requirements execution to meet commercial terms.


- Support development of Customer Relationship Management tool for order programming and tracking of delivery.


- Support development and continuous improvement SLA between Commercial and Supply Chain.


- Know and comply with the Policy, Safety Principles, guidelines and HESQ standards established by the company, based on the Safe by Choice philosophy, as well as the applicable legal requirements and Know and comply with the other requirements defined in the Matrix of HESQ Responsibilities, associated with their position / role.


Bachelor degree, preferably Industrial Engineer or Business Administrator.

 3 years of relevant transportation, procurement, planning and execution, delivery forecast and preferable supply chain experience.
