Biologicals Specialist(Guangzhou)

Responsibilities

- Implementation of YaraVita and YaraAmplix project in the region where it operates, supporting the activities necessary for its execution

- Creation and execution of a demand generation plan for YaraVita and YaraAmplix for the region of responsability and also per key costumer (which and how many actions, target crop, focused product, execution time )

- Implement and track the demand generation plan with accuracy, quality and quantity

- With comercial and M&A carry out a market segmentation exercise, focus crops x products and establish an action plan accordingly

- Support the commercial team and BDM in setting prices for Biologicals products, according to benefits, value proposition and market potential

- Implement go to market and market share growth strategies for YaraVita and YaraAmplix products

- Development, Implement and comunicate local value proposition and  product positioning for Biologicals products.

- Support commercial team to differentiate and defending the value proposition of Biologicals products.

- Execute demand generation actions not only at the distribution level but also at end user level (farmer)

- Together with commercial team Identify the key influencers of foliar and biostimulant business and establish an action plan for each one of then

- Map the competition (product, active ingredient, positioning, value proposition, SWOT analisys)

- Ensure technical training of the internal team and retailers network

- Compile technical data to support trainning sessions and technical conversatioons with strong and consistent results

- In collaboration with the sales team, carry out post-sales actions and results presentations to ensure loyalty and repurchase.

- Be a regional technical reference for Biologicals, clarifying doubts and helping the implementation of Biologicals value propositions ensuring the correct technical/commercial positioning, within the Yara solutions for focal crops in the area of action

- Regionally support the creation, launch and development of new products and portfolio management activities

- Work collaboratively with local  and regional teams - technical, sales, marketing and agronomy

- Supports quality related topics

Profile

- Agronomy background, master is a plus

- Must be able to communicate in both English and Chinese

- Experience in marketing is welcome

- Market development positions, at least 3 years

- Previous knowledge in Agricultural

- Previous experience in Foliar, Biostimulants or Agchem market
