Responsibilities

  • Planning and implementation of demand creation activity in coordination with the sales and marketing team
  • Close working at the farmer level to create demand for the Yara product portfolio
  • Responsible for liquidating the material in the area/region
  • Directly responsible for all the demos and trials laid in the area
  • Demos data collection, interpretation, and final reporting.
  • Planning and organizing effective crop shows to promote Yara's product portfolio.
  • Driving the Yara crop nutrition program (Crop Plan concept) in the area
  • Need base planning, organizing, and addressing of farmers' meetings and crop seminars
  • Planning and conducting the training program for the sales team at the start of the season to update their knowledge and organize and train them for the required market action plan.
  • To work out the best value chain partners of the area/crop in the region and to develop good coordination with them to promote Yara business 
  • Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets in your area
  • Timely reporting for self as well as team working in area/region.
  • To ensure compliance with the HESQ policies of Yara at work

Work Experience

  • Minimum 6 to 8  Years of experience in Agronomy, Sales, product development, team coordination, and Relationship Management in the core and allied products in the Agriculture Industry
  • Proven track record in the areas of operations and good knowledge of Apple Crop.

Education

  • First Class Post Graduate/Doctorate in Agronomy, Soil Science, Horticulture in Agriculture Domains.
  • Proficiency in data handling and MS Office
