Responsibilities

Lead all logistics for product warehousing, transportation, customer clearance, shipment planning, inventory management.
In charge of customer service: customer’s purchase order/invoicing, handling customers complaints.
Quality management and product stewardship, operation standard to 3PL.
Regulatory management about HESQ, safety management for whole company (B/O & market team).
Leading, training ISO/IFA implementation & certificating.
Import/export process and follow-up.
Monitor stock levels and update supply plan.
Inventory days optimization.
Customer delivery planning.
Create, audit, and manage database of supplier, transporter, and freight forwarder.
Develop a strategy to be closer to the market through new import point and regional depots.
Ensure efficient inland transportation to customers and transportation to customer’s barges.
In charge of optimization of national stock levels and product transfer to regional warehouses.
Procurement packaging: negotiate and manage contracts.
Initiate and lead cost savings initiatives.
Monitor safety on transport and customer warehouse with HES-Q supervisor.
Audit and ensure acceptable level of ethics/compliance from suppliers.
Product stewardship.
Manage and execute third party agreements. Monitor & follow up monthly & yearly KPI/performance of 3PL at 3PL WHS. Ensure 3PLs comply with Yara’s safety & operation standard.
Product quality management for Phu My Plant.
Operation management for Phu My Plant. Manage 3PL performance @ PM Plant.
Inventory monitoring @ PM WHS & on SUN.
Safety management for whole company (B/O & market team) & 3PL WHS.
Product registration, include field trial process aligned with Agronomy, contracting with field trial agency and with product suppliers, sampling license, work with PPD for registration submission & follow up.
Training safety & operation standard to 3PL (include bagging, storing, delivering, quality control, packaging management).
Project ref to Packaging: optimize packaging specs aligned with regional & other YAA units.
Leading, training ISO/IFA implementation & certificating.
Customer complaint handling; consulting market team on inspection from authorities.
Product quality management during import, bagging, storing & delivery.

Profile

Economics, Logistics, or international trade

5 to 7 years working experience.

Logistic and/or trade experience

Safety experience
