Responsibilities

As Head of Crop Nutrition Services you will be responsible for Yara’s retail business segment where we are selling the entire portfolio of Yara solutions direct to farm.

This role is part of the UK & Irelands, Food Future Leadership Team and be responsible for setting the strategic direction of segment, in alignment to overall UK & Ireland and Region Europe strategies.

In this role you have responsibility for the Profit & Loss for the segment and provided with Yara’s vast resources and over 100 years of Crop Nutrition knowledge to develop the segment further, with our Crop Nutrition Farm Account Managers reporting to you.

The successful candidate would develop people, processes and systems (including with digital sales tools in collaboration with the expert organization) to meet segment specific goals whilst having a Continuous Improvement growth mindset.

Profile

University Degree in Agriculture/Science/Business Marketing, FACTS qualification
Relevant experience in a senior commercial position, with at least 2 years in agriculture.
In-depth understanding of the UK fertilizer market, broad understanding of the European fertilizer market
Strong Leadership skills
Result orientation focussed with good communication
Able to travel within the UK to meet with your team, customers, suppliers or events as necessary.
