Performance Marketing Manager

Key to achieving this is enabling thriving Smallholder Communities. At Yara, the Smallholders Digital Team is part of the Crop and Digital Solutions Unit. 

About Crop and Digital Solutions

Yara aims to be the crop nutrition company for the future and is leading the development of sustainable agriculture and digital tools to contribute to solving global agricultural challenges. We have a worldwide presence with sales teams in ~150 countries and around 17,000 employees. Yara Farming Solutions, will lead the transformation towards more sustainable and efficient food production, by innovating our offerings and the way we work. Crop and Digital Solutions is responsible developing and scaling new “on-farm” digital and integrated tools and solutions for an efficient and transparent food system.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible in building, conceptualizing & executing campaign plan to engage users at various cycle using different touchpoints  
  • Work closely with country GTM lead and regional / global lead to translate strategy and market intel into short and long term campaign strategy (i.e. always-on vs ad-hoc) 
  • Oversee inmarket regional campaign and provide constant update on campaign activities in collaboration with data team 
  • Coordinate activities between agency, inhouse branding team, customer success and in-market team to ensure campaign roll out smoothly 
  • Initiate and materialize inmarket test & learn plan 
Profile
  • Hands on trading experience in using search, programmatic, social media , email, messaging platform to drive at least 5 brands or performance campaigns
  • Tertiary qualification in Digital marketing, Marketing or Data Science (with experience in digital environment)
  • Exposure in building customer lifecycle marketing in ecommerce environment (awareness, consideration, convert, word of mouth, loyalty) 
  • Exposure in mobile app and web analytics tools , tag management systems, trafficking, attribution model & ad fraud 
  • Curious, passionate, roll up the sleeve attitude
