- Design and execute a regional demand generation plan, with clear goals on product exposure, adoption, and field performance.
- Lead product introduction and recommendation activities with distributors, agronomists, and growers, helping them connect product features to practical on-farm benefits.
- Identify key market influencers and decision-makers, build trust-based relationships, and co-create action plans to support solution adoption and loyalty.
- Participate in joint planning with commercial teams, contributing technical and market intelligence to help define regional targets and support execution.
- Support the development of pricing strategies and offer structures, based on agronomic return, market potential, and customer segmentation.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out dynamics, providing insights to adjust field activities and strengthen customer engagement.
- Conduct post-application evaluations, showcasing results and supporting repurchase decisions through evidence-based recommendations.
- Organize and deliver technical and positioning training to channel partners and internal teams, aligned with market strategy.
- Represent the company at technical events, demo trials, field days, and local agronomic forums.
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in market development, technical agronomy, or similar roles.
- Previous exposure to Biostimulants, Foliar Fertilizers, or AgChem is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the benefits and mechanisms of biostimulants and their role in crop productivity.
- Proactive, self-driven, and highly organized.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical information into practical value for different audiences.
- Strategic and business-oriented mindset, with the ability to link field realities to broader market opportunities.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region and occasionally abroad.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Aligned with the company’s values: collaboration, responsibility, ambition, and curiosity.
