Responsibilities

  • Be a regional technical reference for Biostimulants and Foliars, clarifying doubts and helping the implementation of Biostimulants and Foliars value propositions ensuring the correct technical/commercial positioning, within the Yara solutions for focal crops in the area of action
  • Create and execute a demand generation plan for Biostimulants and Foliars for the region of responsibility and also per key costumer
  • Implement and track the demand generation plan with accuracy, quality and quantity
  • Develop, Implement and communicate local value proposition and  product positioning for Biostimulants and Foliars products
  • Support commercial team to differentiate and defending the value proposition of Biostimulants and Foliars products.
  • Execute demand generation actions: distribution and end user level
  • Support in setting prices for Biostimulants and Foliars products, according to benefits and market potential

Profile

  • Market development positions, around 3 years
  • Previous experience in Foliar, Biostimulants or Argchem
  • Good understanding of the role/benefits of biostimulants and their market dynamics
  • Fluency in Spanish is a must. Ability to communicate in English is a plus (if not, willing to improve language skills)
  • Availability to travel on a regular basis, mainly in the area of responsibility
  • Valid drive license
  • “Doer” behavior and mentality: proactive, take initiative
  • Communication and commercial skills
  • Strategic and business-oriented thinking

Additional Information

  • Biologicals Sales Agronomist position reports to Bioteam Leader
  • Home office – 90% of their time in field visits
  • Availability to travel within the country and occasionally abroad.
  • Permanent full time job
