We are seeking for a Marketing Team Lead to lead and develop our marketing & agronomy team, driving impactful marketing initiatives and supporting the achievement of our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the business development and marketing plan for Italy
- Lead and develop the Italian marketing & agronomy team, providing clear direction and priorities, allocate budget and resources to reach our strategic targets
- Develop marketing campaigns and customer activities that support commercial growth
- Work closely with the commercial teams to position products and solutions in the market
- Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive developments to support business decisions
- Support the launch and commercialization of new products and services
- Build strong relationships with customers, industry stakeholders, and external partners
- Challenge and support business leaders by bringing new ideas, market insights, and commercial opportunities
- Work closely with regional teams to align local initiatives with the overall business strategy
- Monitor the impact of marketing and business development activities and recommend improvements
Profile
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Agriculture, or a related field
- Around 5 years of relevant experience in business development, marketing, commercial management, or related roles
- Experience developing and executing successful marketing and commercial growth initiatives
- Strong commercial understanding and business acumen
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading teams and working across functions
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
- Structured, proactive, and results-oriented
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trust and commitment across the organization
Additional Information
Location: Our preferred location for this role is Milan, Italy. Nevertheless, we remain open to considering candidates based in other locations across Italy
RAL iniziale offerta : 45,000 Eur
