About Stationary

YARA Environmental Technologies takes Yara’s mission to “protect the planet” seriously. Our systems clean the air and protect the planet through the delivery of NOx abatement systems for a wide range of power plants and stationary industrial processes. We develop and supply equipment for cleaning exhaust gases from industrial plants and support Yara in implementing decarbonization, efficiency enhancement and optimization projects.

The YARA Environmental Technologies unit has the stability and security that comes from being part of a major international corporation, while offering opportunities to experience a variety of plant engineering tasks in an agile team. This "Stationary" unit within Yara Industrial Solutions global function employs around 100 people in Austria, China/Taiwan, Germany, India and Poland.

Yara Environmental Technologies Private Limited is looking for an Electric, Instrumentation & Control Engineer in Pune/Mumbai to join the great team.

Responsibilities

Review and Comments on P&IDs
Preparation of deliverables like- Instrument Index, Input/Output List, Instruments Specifications and Data sheets, JB Scheduling, Instruments Hook up Diagrams, Earthing Layouts, Control Logic, Cable Tray Layouts, Electrical Load List etc.
Reviewing and Approving General Layout Drawings, Wiring diagrams for Control Panels
Preparing data sheets for the Instruments like Pressure Transmitter, Gauges, Level transmitters, Temperature transmitters, Control Valves, On-Off Valves etc.
Responsible for floating enquiries to Various vendors and Contractors for the instruments and Electrical control panels.
Coordination and interaction with customers for the Project documentation like -System Architecture, Control Panel GA, Power Consumption, Control Logic /Philosophy BOM Preparation, etc.
Responsible for Panels testing at Vendor Places as per approved drawings and configuration of PLC systems.
Responsible for Pre-FAT and FAT testing, Trouble shooting and Logic Modifications.
Actively participates and leads project meetings, site visits and/or start-ups.
Designing, implementing, and testing a wide range of I/O (Modbus, Profibus, ProfNet, HART, FF etc.), basic control functions, interlocks, sequences, opera-tor interface and other control components on PLC.

Profile

Bachelor of Engineering -Electrical & Instrumentation
8 - 10 years of work experience preferably from Boiler Industry and Power Industry
Good communication skills
Effective collaboration with team members
Problem solving ability
