About Stationary

YARA Environmental Technologies takes Yara’s mission to “protect the planet” seriously. Our systems clean the air and protect the planet through the delivery of NOx abatement systems for a wide range of power plants and stationary industrial processes. We develop and supply equipment for cleaning exhaust gases from industrial plants and support Yara in implementing decarbonization, efficiency enhancement and optimization projects.

The YARA Environmental Technologies unit has the stability and security that comes from being part of a major international corporation, while offering opportunities to experience a variety of plant engineering tasks in an agile team. This "Stationary" unit within Yara Industrial Solutions global function employs around 100 people in Austria, China/Taiwan, Germany, India and Poland.

Yara Environmental Technologies Private Limited is looking for an Electric, Instrumentation & Control Engineer in Pune/Mumbai to join the great team.

Responsibilities

Responsible for handling the end-to-end engineering activities for SCR, SNCR and Ammonia handling system projects
Activities to be include in pre-sales support, finalization of Electrical drawings, Mater Document List, technical bid evaluations, vendor engineering, FAT’s and support during commissioning
To Design, implement and test a wide range of I/O (Modbus, Profibus, ProfNet, HART, FF etc.), basic control functions, interlocks, sequences, operator interface and other control components on PLC
Project control functions to be documented according to formats specified in standard templates
Shall aware of industry standards and practices (e.g. ISA Standards) that apply to control system design
Actively participates and leads project meetings, site visits and/or start-ups
Have the firm and increasing understanding of process control concepts and tech-niques
Compiles and maintains project databases, configuration data, or other project in-formatio
Compiles data and prepares reports for various activities such as customer pro-posals, project design documents, FAT & SAT procedures etc.
Shall be Capability to identify technical opportunities and economic justification for control system improvements and communicates those to the Project Manager and/or Sales

Profile

Bachelor of Engineering -Electrical & Instrumentation
09-10 years of work experience preferably from Boiler Industry and Power Industry
Good communication skills
Effective collaboration with team members
Problem solving ability
