To leverage this and to expand into the northern & eastern geographies of India, Yara acquired Tata Chemicals’ 1.2 MN MT Urea plant in UP, Northern India. With this acquisition, Yara India’s scale of operation has grown significantly.

Responsibilities

  • Creation and execution of sales plans  (YaraVita and YaraAmplix) for their territories and sales plan per customer (potential, target, revenue, portfolio mix)
  • Collect market intelligence data (competition, focus crops, active ingredient, application strategy, positioning, market progress, commercial strategies)
  • Executing Market Action plan in the territories(Trials, Demonstration , Crop Shows & Farmer Meetings).
  • Follow up weekly, monthly and quarterly the performance vs sales plan
  • Order management (Order implementation, delivery alignment and after-sales)
  • Responsible for Sell In and Sell Out actions
  • Support sales actions within distributors to end user ( Retailers & farmers).
  • Implement go to market and market share growth strategies for YaraVita and YaraAmplix products
  • Be a commercial reference for YaraVita and YaraAmplix, clarifying doubts and helping to communicate our value propositions ensuring the correct technical/commercial positioning, within the Yara solutions for key crops in their area.
  • Support the technical team in the creation and execution of the demand generation plan, focused on YaraVita and YaraAmplix
  • In collaboration with the technical team, carry out post-sales actions and present results to ensure loyalty and repurchase
  • Work collaboratively with local and regional teams (if needed) - technical, sales, marketing and agronomy
  • Supports quality related topics and arrange training program for channel Partners on Product Management 

Profile

  • M.Sc. in Agronomy or masters in relevant field. 
  • Able to communicate in English and has good communication skills.

Work Experience:

  • Experience - at least 2-3 years
  • Previous experience in Foliar and/or Biostimulants market
  • Previous knowledge in Agricultural sector

Knowledge & skills:

  • Business acumen, planning, sales strategies and analysis
  • Market and customer segmentation, systemic vision and market development, marketing basics
  • Leadership, communication, people management, conflict management, negotiation techniques and persuasion skills
  • Team player with the ability to unite colleagues from different geographical regions.
  • Takes initiative, proactive and willing to detect and explore new opportunities.
