Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate effective Pre and Post Call Planning customized to specific area requirements.

  • Understand territory performance data and managing domestic marketing operations

  • Facilitate appointment of suitable dealers and wholesalers

  • Maintain and reconcile monthly inventory and day to day dealer sales management

  • Ensuring timely settlement of invoices by dealers

  • Work at the farmer level to create demand for the Plant Nutrition products

  • Maintain dealer credit control as per company policy from time to time

  • Achieve the liquidations as per plan through extensive farmer work and teamwork within Sales, Agronomy, Marketing, Digital Farming, Farmer Connect and other Digital Apps. We don’t deploy any 3P Field resources.

  • Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets in your area

  • Ensuring proper execution of all demand creation activities such as demos, farmer meetings, field days etc at the grass root level

  • Timely reporting as per systems & process laid out by the organization.

  • To ensure compliance of HESQ policies of Yara at work.

  • Compliance at Yara India

Strict adherence to compliance protocols of the organization, including but not limited to reporting adverse events.

Profile

Working Relationships

  • Internal Contacts - Sales, Marketing, SCM, Billing and Finance teams
  • External Contacts - Dealers, Retailers, Farmers, FPOs, Network Partners

Person Specification

  • BSc / MSc Agri or MBA in Agri Business Management
  • Candidate should preferably have 2-10 years’ experience
  • Should have a Driving License for 2-wheeler / 4-wheeler
