We at Yara are part of a global network, collaborating to profitably and responsibly solve some of the world's key challenges - resource scarcity, food insecurity and environmental change.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to start and grow a career in global supply chain planning within a truly international organization. As a Junior Global Planner, you will support planning and optimization activities across Yara's global production network, collaborating with stakeholders from production, procurement, product management, logistics, and commercial teams worldwide.

• Contribute in maximising capacity utilization and CB1 (margin) performance by analyzing production plans, product mix, batch sizes, production constraints, and supply-chain trade-offs, identifying optimization opportunities together with Global Planners and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate and execute laycan planning activities (vessel scheduling) to support efficient production planning, and timely deliveries in alignment with finished goods allocation plans.
• Apply product allocation principles and provide planning insights to support trade-off decisions between market requirements, profitability objectives, supply and production constraints.
• Prepare, maintain, and further develop analyses to support short- and medium-term planning, covering supply-demand balances, inventory, capacity utilization, constraints, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Identify and highlight deviations, supply risks, capacity constraints, and potential imbalances, supporting Global Planners in developing and evaluating mitigation scenarios.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and digitalization of IBP planning processes, systems, data quality, and analytical tools.
• Collaborate with planners and stakeholders globally, taking ownership of assigned planning activities and analyses, sharing knowledge, and contributing to improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects.
Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience or internship exposure in supply chain, planning, logistics, sourcing, manufacturing, or analytical roles is an advantage but not required.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to structure data, identify trends and deviations, and translate analysis into actionable planning insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to understand complex supply-chain relationships.
• Team-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across functions, cultures, and geographies.
