Infrastructure operations encompass the strategic planning and management of production, ensuring alignment with business goals. Logistics positions are key in managing the flow of goods and materials, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and distribution. Together, these roles are vital in maintaining the seamless function and advancement of Yara International's operations.

Responsibilities
As Logistics Procurement Director Nordics, Baltics and Mediterranean you will be responsible for:
Regional Procurement Strategy
- Define and execute the logistics procurement strategy for Nordics, Baltics & Meds in alignment with Infrastructure Europe priorities.
- Lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection, long-term contracting, and complex commercial negotiations.
- Anticipate market developments and adapt procurement strategies to secure competitiveness and resilience.
Supplier Performance & Contract Governance
- Own supplier performance across cost, service, quality, and compliance.
- Lead contract governance, performance reviews, and supplier relationship management.
- Ensure contract compliance and sustainable supplier performance in line with business and regulatory requirements.
Cost Leadership & Business Continuity
- Drive cost optimization while safeguarding service levels and operational reliability.
- Identify value creation opportunities through network design, contract optimization, and innovation.
- Lead supplier risk management and ensure business continuity during disruptions.
Cross-functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Operations, Planning, Terminals, Finance, and Business Optimization to align procurement decisions with operational needs.
- Provide procurement insights, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Develop a high-performing team of Logistics Procurement experts and represent the region in European leadership forums.
Profile
Education and Work Experience:
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in logistics procurement or supply chain leadership roles.
- Proven track record in multi country or international environments.
- Fluent English required; regional languages are a plus.
