Marketing Operations Specialist

About the Unit
As a dynamic Marketing Operations Specialist, you will contribute to the execution of marketing operations and administrative coordination, with a strong focus on supporting business needs, events coordination and brand visibility within France.
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be based in Paris office and be part of the wider Sales, Marketing and Agronomy team.
Responsibilities
- Execute national and regional marketing plans and activities.
- Provide operational marketing support to regional sales teams.
- Support the delivery and ongoing development of farmer engagement platforms.
- Assist with the creation, production and formatting of sales and marketing materials.
- Coordinate and facilitate the packaging design and approval process.
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all marketing materials and communications.
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of events, including trade fairs, conferences and customer events.
- Assist with gathering event feedback, evaluating outcomes and preparing event reports.
- Coordinate and contribute to multiple marketing projects, ensuring activities are delivered effectively and to agreed timelines.
- Liaise with external suppliers, agencies and service providers to support the delivery of marketing activities.
- Provide administrative and coordination support across the marketing function.
- Support the preparation of marketing performance reports, including campaign and event results.
- Assist with tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimisation of marketing processes, tools and ways of working.
Profile
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related discipline.
Experience: Min 1-3 years in marketing operations, communications marketing administration o similar role.
Skills:
Experience supporting the planning and coordination of events.
Strong organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with analytical and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SAP, Canva or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive and well organised, with a hands-on approach to getting things done.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Languages: Fluent French and good working proficiency in English.
