About the Unit

The Yara Pilbara Fertilisers' plant is one of the largest ammonia production sites in the world and we have also taken the ammonia process further downstream with the Yara Pilbara Nitrates Technical Ammonium Nitrate (TAN) plant, a joint venture with Orica. Together with ENGIE, Yara Pilbara will also build a renewable hydrogen plant to produce renewable ammonia.

Looking for an exciting new challenge?

Yara are seeking expressions of interest for future opportunities, from those with experience within the ammonia, energy, gas, oil, petrochemical, or similar other heavy industries.

We are looking to engage with a range of candidates who have experience within the ammonia, energy, gas, oil, petrochemical, or similar other heavy industries, who are interested in roles including but not limited to:
-    Procurement or Contracts Officer: provides contractual and commercial support that ensures best value for money in the procurement of goods and services in accordance with Yara policies and procedures. Minimum requirements are a proficiency in SAP procurement-related modules, 3 years experience within a procurement and supply environment, and experience in oil and gas, chemical processing or mining and manufacturing processes.
-    Accounts Payable Officer: focused on the end to end accounts payable function, while being involved in, and providing broad support for accounting, audit and financial reporting functions for the Yara Pilbara entities. Minimum requirements are SAP proficiency, and 2+ Years previous Accounts Payable experience in a similar role within a high volume, multi-currency group.
-    Financial Accountant: responsibility for accounting, compliance and reporting functions for specific Yara Pilbara entities. Minimum requirements are are a degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance, CPA/CA qualifications, 2+ Years previous Financial Accountancy experience in a high-volume multi-currency environment, and previous experience in SAP and HFM.
