About Yara Pilbara
The Yara Pilbara Fertilisers' plant is one of the largest ammonia production sites in the world and we have also taken the ammonia process further downstream with the Yara Pilbara Nitrates Technical Ammonium Nitrate (TAN) plant, a joint venture with Orica. Together with ENGIE, Yara Pilbara are also building a renewable hydrogen plant to produce renewable ammonia.

About the role
You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team where your work genuinely contributes to safety, competency and operational readiness across Yara Pilbara’s operations.
This role suits someone who enjoys organisation, communication and helping others succeed.
- 20 hours per week, worked Wednesday to Friday
- Flexibility with start/finish times may be considered
- Based in our Adelaide Terrace (Perth CBD) office
- Hybrid work: Work from home one day per week, following initial training period
- This role works as a back-to-back with our existing Training Administrator, ensuring continuous coverage of training support across the business.
What you’ll be responsible for
Training Administration & Scheduling
- Maintain accurate employee training records within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Schedule employees for training and issue course invitations
- Update training calendars in collaboration with trainers, supervisors and coordinators
- Track attendance and escalate non‑attendance to the Training Coordinator
Systems & Documentation
- Use SAP to complete training administration tasks, including raising purchase orders and processing payments
- Support training compliance audits and maintain documentation to audit-ready standards
- Consolidate participant feedback to support training reviews and provider evaluations
Stakeholder Support
- Provide timely assistance to employees, contractors and external providers with training queries
- Support training providers with room setup and preparation tasks
- Provide guidance on contractor training requirements

What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III in Business Administration - desired, but not essential.
- Minimum five years relevant experience in a business administration or training-related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS systems.
- Fluent verbal and written English is essential.
- Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency. Temporary work visa holders are not eligible for this role.
