Descrição da posição | Responsabilidades
- Collaborate with Director D&A, company management and IT teams to follow data architecture strategy that meets Yara needs and industry requirements;
- Plan and manage changes on the Data & Analytics platform;
- Maintain a repository of all data architecture procedures;
- Support and improve how we provide value to the business and ensuring that Yara utilize the D&A tools in the best possible way;
- Proactively look for improvements and optimizations to the Data & Analytics platform;
- Develop measures that ensure data accuracy, integrity and accessibility;
- Design, document, build and implement database architectures and applications;
- Work on construction of data models for database, analytics, and AI applications;
- Enforce database development standards;
- Integrate new systems and functions like security, performance, scalability, reliability, and data recovery;
- Manage and lead housekeeping activities;
- Plan capacity based on Yara’s growth strategy in correspondence with business stakeholders;
- Assure the right use of the tools established by corporate team;
- Work on quality assurance of developments and continuous improvement environment;
- Ensure that the operations are Yara values compliant and be focused on our clients.
Perfil | Formação e conhecimentos
- Complete Higher Education in Computer Science, related to Information Technology or Design;
- Experience as Data Analyst;
- Desirable MBA;
- English: spoken and written fluid;
- Essential: extensive experience with ETLs experience in Alteryx, AWS services or any other reporting tool preferred in data governance, data management, or data operational role;
- Essential: Detail-oriented with ability to focus on managing multiple reports and processes;
- Expert level in SAP Data & Analytics Tools as, SAP BW, HANA, SLT;
- Expert level in SAP ERP and Basis (Database and performance);
- Up-to-data with latest evolution/technologies in Data & Analytics area;
- Desirable Knowledge in Python, AWS, Azure, Advanced Excel, database queries, SQL, Microsoft Power BI and Alteryx;
- Desirable: Experience in multifunctional and international teams, as well as in integration projects.
