Responsibilities
We are seeking an Agronomist – Biologicals to support regional product development and portfolio management. This role will focus on driving innovation, providing technical expertise, and ensuring successful market positioning of biological products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support creation, launch, and development of new products and manage portfolio activities.
- Understand market dynamics, identify opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Deliver technical training for internal teams and retailers; act as a biological expert at industry events.
- Coordinate R&D trials, protocols, and data analysis; assist with product registration requirements.
- Develop and communicate local value propositions and technical materials for sales and marketing.
- Map competitive landscape and compile technical data to strengthen product positioning.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate across technical, sales, marketing, and agronomy teams; liaise with industry and research groups.
- Support quality-related issues and represent the company at technical committees and events.

Education & Experience
- Agronomy, Plant Physiology, or other related bachelor’s degree.
- Master’s degree in agronomy is considered an asset.
- Experience in Marketing or a commercial background would be desired.
- Market development positions, at least 3 years.
- Experience developing and conducting field trials, at least 3 years
- Previous experience in Foliar nutrition, Biostimulants, crop nutrition or AgChem market
