Descrição da posição | Responsabilidades

Main deliveries:
Partner with stakeholders to support with analytics demands and opportunities (volumes, commercial margins, ST margins, new sales and orderbook analysis, business cases, action plans). This role will suport support the Commercial Finance Coordinator, propose improvement proccess and be the focal point for a Regional Director and Regional Managers (L2/L3).
He/She will be front of Finance for maintenance and support the role of initiatives to improvement Yara results with Sales, Marketing and Market Development front.

Areas of responsibility:
- This person will be responsible for developing reports for management support;
- Focal point for Bioinputs & Foliars reports, subjects and foruns;
- Developing scenarios and dashboards using Excel and Power BI tools;
- Analytical thinking for support Sales Teams with strategic propositions to ensure or increase results;
-  Work closely with the Business to develop, change, optimize and deploy the different ways to work;
- Contribute the business to build and define better metrics (KPIs)
- Analyze and monitor the financial results of the Commercial Departments in the monthly closing and forecast process;
- Prepare the results of sales campaigns and business cases aimed at the business strategy;
- Prepare presentations of commercial performance indicators and regular meetings with sales teams;
- Participate in the preparation of business plans / financial viability according to specific demands;
- Participate in improvement and value generation and integration projects in the company's various areas and multifunctional teams.

Perfil | Formação e conhecimentos

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field required.
  • Solid experience in Finance.
  • Fluent Portuguese and English (at least advanced level considering oral and writing skills).
  • Intermediate/Advance in Excel and Power Point.
  • Desirable: SAP and PowerBI.
