About the Unit

Yara has an ambitious strategic agenda to be the crop nutrition company for the future, and is taking lead in the development towards sustainable agriculture and digital tools, to contribute to solving the challenges which the agricultural industry is facing globally. We have a worldwide presence with sales to ~150 countries and around 17 000 employees. The newly established function, Yara Farming Solutions, will lead the transformation towards more sustainable and efficient food production, by innovating our offering and the way we work.


Crop and Digital Solutions is responsible developing and scaling new “on-farm” digital and integrated tools and solutions, which will work toward driving a more efficient and transparent food system.


  • Plan & coordinate and implement farmer and channel-oriented growth marketing activities for early stage innovation and subsequent growth stages, overseeing execution and optimization across multiple channels based on needs and efficiency.

  • Drive the creative and locally-tailored development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.

  • Work with cross-functional teams, global corporate branding and external agencies/resources in the creation of messaging/content and marketing assets across all channels (digital/offline).

  • Build marketing and sales data tracking strategies, analyze and communicate relevant KPIs to stakeholders, enable data driven funnel management based on digital tools.

  • Interate and adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and feedback using growth hacking and experimentation principles.


  • Bachelor's degree. 

  • Fluent English. 

  • Significant experience in digital and growth marketing and/or related disciplines, particularly value proposition and commercial innovation at early stages. 

  • First hand experience in farmer growth marketing, experience in the areas of AgTech, sustainability, and farm innovation an advantage.

  • Experience launching new offers and digital products.

  • Deep understanding of omni-channel and digital marketing and a track record of running successful growth initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Sensitivity to ideas of others and an ability to facilitate in-depth marketing conversations.

  • Natural flair in understanding the customer, knowledge of substantial marketing and design concepts (e.g. personas, archetypes) and their relation to other product disciplines.

  • Proven record of building marketing data capabilities, including attribution, funnel analyses, CRM automation, etc.

  • History of working with Design and Product teams in fast-paced environments and growing products with validated growth potential.
