Growth and Digital Marketing Analyst

About the Unit

Yara has an ambitious strategic agenda to be the crop nutrition company for the future, and is taking lead in the development towards sustainable agriculture and digital tools, to contribute to solving the challenges which the agricultural industry is facing globally. We have a worldwide presence with sales to ~150 countries and around 17 000 employees. The newly established function, Yara Farming Solutions, will lead the transformation towards more sustainable and efficient food production, by innovating our offering and the way we work.

 

Crop and Digital Solutions is responsible developing and scaling new “on-farm” digital and integrated tools and solutions, which will work toward driving a more efficient and transparent food system.

Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing activities plan for Crop and Digital Solutions. 

  • Work together with the resposible of the area to oversee and perform the execution and optimization of these activities across multiple channels based on needs and efficiency (to include: digital marketing, social media, digital and print content creation, website redesign projects, events planning support).  

  • Support on the development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects 

  • Plan calendar of events and support exceptional participation in those events.

  • Track marketing and sales data, analyze and help to adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.

  • Build dashboards, reports, and alerting systems for the ongoing analysis and monitoring of campaigns, categories, and channels.

Profile

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Business or Marketing 
  • Fluent English. 
  • Marketing experience (startup or growth-stage company preferred) 
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and business models
  • Creative and natural interest in digital tools, software, social media management and or agriculture.  
  • Bonus points for previous experience in AgTech
