IT Specialist - Salesforce

The IT area promotes the use and availability of information technology to improve the productivity, efficiency, standardization, security, and effectiveness of Yara's business, including the delivery of all information systems and processes that Yara needs to achieve its goals , with the necessary cost and quality.

Main Responsibilities

  • Determine the technical design in Salesforce, within architectural guidelines
  • Collaborate with business teams to align on shared objectives/understanding of processes and feature needs
  • Deploy the solutions throughout the development cycle and to production once approved
  • Support operational business solutions
  • Continuously improve team’s processes and collaboration, avoiding siloed work within the squad
  • Collaborate with System Architect to design a healthy solution that meets business strategical plans
  • Collaborate with other squads in order to design a lean solution
  • Conduct research, design prototype, and other exploration activities to meet business needs
  • Create, test and maintain the work products defined by its features
  • Understand and adhere to agile practices and Yara Way of Working. Eg.: implement and integrate changes in small incremental batches, estimation of work, pair programming, etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Good analytical and communication skills; able to connect with different contexts (IT, marketing, sales) and levels (technicians, coordinators, managers, executives)
  • Good presentation skills for large audiences
  • Agile mindset focused on continuous improvements
  • Ability to understand and design solutions considering functional and technical needs
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Advanced technical/functional understanding of Salesforce and solution best practices
  • Advanced Salesforce knowledge on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud (other Salesforce products is a plus)
  • Working experience on agile team
  • Work experience with SAFe is an plus
  • Object oriented architecture knowledge
  • Knowledge on industry tools such as SalesforceDX, BitBucket, AutoRabit, Visual Studio Code, etc.
  • Knowledge on work tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Miro is a plus.
  • Apex coding, LEX, Classic
  • Open and willing to learn other applications (mulesoft, CPQ tools, testing, etc)

Perfil | Formação e conhecimentos

  • Degree, preferably Master (minimum bachelor), within business/IT
  • +5 years work experience within IT can compensate lack of degree in business/IT

Additional information

  • This position should be located in Yara São Paulo office, together with the squad.
  • All candidates should go through a personality test available from HR in order to ensure we find a best fit candidate for this position.
  • 3+ years working in a large corporate and multicultural environment
  • 5+ years working in Salesforce implementation
